You Should Hear Yourself

Every couple fights. In You Should Hear Yourself three couples who truly love each other, but are trapped in the same repetitive arguments, finally get the help they need. They let cameras into their homes and for 30 days they are under surveillance while two conflict experts monitor their everyday fights. Now they face the ultimate wake-up call. Confronted with the raw footage of themselves, the couples finally see their own behavior from the outside, working alongside the experts and each other to change their habits.

In a final test, they must step onto a theater stage to re-enact one of their own arguments, proving they can rewrite the script. They confront the patterns that keep pulling them apart and get a chance to finally break the cycle.
